Try Before You Commit

Discretionary Trading Evaluations are available for purchase on our website. Our Discretionary Trading Evaluations are accessible on Platform 4 and Platform 5  Thinkmarkets demo accounts. It allows you to create a demo account to enable customers to evaluate and familiarize themselves with the trading platform before making a purchase decision. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the demo account before making a purchase and undertaking our evaluation. While such a demo account provides an indication of what the trading platform will look like for the Discretionary Trading Evaluation, the conditions and trading rules for such demo accounts may differ from the conditions and trading rules that apply to the account granted during the Discretionary Trading Evaluation.

No Refunds Post-Purchase

Once a purchase has been made, and the evaluation credentials have been emailed to the customer, no refunds under any circumstances will be accepted. Customers have the ability to “try before you buy” as noted above and can clearly have a full experience to know what to expect. All sales are final.

Refunds Upon Completion of the Evaluation Program

After successfully completing the Discretionary Trading Evaluation & reaching 10% on funded account and entering into a written agreement with us for the proprietary trading phase, you will receive a refund of the initial evaluation fee paid when purchasing a Discretionary Trading Evaluation via our website. Your evaluation fee will not be refunded until reaching 10% profit split.

Acceptance of this Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this Refund Policy. The terms of this Refund Policy, along with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, are incorporated into your contract with us for the purchase of Discretionary Trading Evaluations. By placing an order for the purchase of any Discretionary Trading Evaluation, you indicate that you have read this Refund Policy and fully agree with its terms. If you do not agree or fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy, you must not place an order with us. Chargebacks

You expressly agree not to make any chargeback claims on any payments made to Discretionary Trading, whether by credit card or any other payment channel, without first contacting Discretionary Trading. In any such situation, you expressly agree to provide Discretionary Trading with full details relating to the intended chargeback claim.

In the event of a chargeback claim, Discretionary Trading retains the right to suspend any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts you may hold and suspend payments of any profit split payments from such accounts.

For any chargeback claim, whether successful or not, you agree to pay all costs incurred by Discretionary Trading in defending such claims, including legal fees.

Changes to this Policy:‍

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
